You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

When you create an account, we record the legal version identifier and the time of your acceptance. You can review the then-current Terms and Privacy Policy on this site at any time.

SwiftPrism is an information desk for financial news, market data, portfolio tools, and automated intelligence features (including SwiftPrism Intel and SwiftPrism Chat). It helps users understand markets in plain language.

SwiftPrism does not execute trades, place orders, custody assets, or connect to brokerage accounts for trading. We are not a broker, exchange, bank, or registered financial adviser.

The Service may include AI-generated summaries, Deep Insights™, watches, alerts, and translations. Outputs are produced automatically from third-party sources and models; they may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or outdated.

SwiftPrism provides information and educational-style analysis only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. We do not provide personalised recommendations, investment solicitations, or trading “signals” that you should follow.

AI outputs, rankings, watches, alerts, and opportunity-style presentations are automated decision-support tools - not instructions to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.

Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Headlines, UI chrome, and other content may be shown in languages other than English (including Japanese and Thai) using automated or third-party translation.

Translations may contain errors, omissions, or nuances that differ from the source. Do not rely on a translation alone for investment or other important decisions. Where source and translation differ, treat the source (typically English wire or original-language text) as authoritative for market meaning, except that these Terms and the Privacy Policy are always governed by their English versions as stated at the top of each legal page.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at support@swiftprism.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

Free tier is provided as-is with usage limits described on the membership page. Free tier reading is English headlines unless otherwise stated.

Paid plans (Premium and Elite) unlock additional reading languages and depth as described at checkout and on the membership page. They are billed monthly through Stripe unless otherwise stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel anytime via your account billing settings (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with applicable consumer law. Contact support@swiftprism.app within 14 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Your membership is for personal use of the Service inside SwiftPrism only. You may not export a feed (or any bulk copy of headlines, insights, calendar items, or other Service content) or redistribute that content further - including by download, API, scrape, screenshot-bulk, email blast, social post of feed dumps, resale, or republication - without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Export, scrape, resell, republish, or redistribute SwiftPrism content, feeds, or insights
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others
• Share account access or circumvent tier limits
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as guaranteed, personalised, or professional advice

SwiftPrism, its branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal purposes only. That licence does not include any right to export feeds or to copy, distribute, or redistribute Service content to others.

Market data, headlines, and third-party content remain the property of their respective providers and are subject to their terms. Redistribution of third-party data is often prohibited by those providers and is not permitted through SwiftPrism.

The Service relies on third parties (market data and news sources, hosting, payments, authentication, translation, and AI models). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of their data.

Outages, rate limits, licensing changes, or delays at third-party providers may affect availability or timeliness of features. Quotes and headlines may be delayed or incomplete.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that insights, translations, alerts, or data will be accurate, complete, or timely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftPrism and its operator, owners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) NZD $100, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (including mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftPrism and its operator from claims arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, abuse, non-payment, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel paid subscriptions as described above.

Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law, indemnity) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, subject to any mandatory consumer or privacy protections in your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract (including protections that may apply to users in Thailand or Japan).

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date and legal version identifier at the top of this page will change when we do.

For material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and, where practicable, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date of material changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a fresh affirmative consent - in which case we will ask you to re-accept before continued use of affected features.

If you do not agree to material changes, you must stop using the Service and cancel any paid subscription as described above.

SwiftPrism is operated from New Zealand.
